We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, a packaging opening video is must to protect the small business owners from usual scams. while returning, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Post 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to help you.

All sales at tulipsandlilies.com are final. Tulips & Lilies has a no refund/cancellation policy. In the rare case that there is a defect issue with the parcel, we will definitely replace it.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 5 days. Flat rate shipping fee of Rupees 90 applies. We do not ship outside of India at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours at tulipsandlilies.cs@gmail.com with your order number and a packaging opening video of the item, also mention whether you wish for store credit or product replacement. Any such return request will not be addressed post 24 hours of delivery.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
